Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. We will send an email to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days using USPS. A flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 applies to orders shipping within the United States.

FREE SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping for orders over $100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping takes 10 to 20 business days for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art1z3n is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Our Policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our designs and apparel are custom-made and printed to order just for you.

If something you received is defective or you need to set up a size exchange, please contact us via the Contact Us form – we’d be happy to help you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
